
ANOMALÍA by Ile Designia. This second piece is part of the RESONANCIA collection, one of the affirmations that I tell myself and that I believe we have as artists as a means of fighting: it is our art and through it I try to sow seeds of environmental awareness and social impact.  Anomaly  addresses the chaos of climate change, I hope that together we can reflect on its impact on us and on Mother Earth.

In recent decades, we have observed an alarming increase in global temperatures. Since the late 19th century, the Earth's average temperature has experienced a steady rise, already exceeding 1°C. This upward trend is mainly attributed to human activities, especially the burning of fossil fuels, deforestation, and other practices that release large amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

Call to Action

The climate crisis is a pressing global issue that demands urgent action. The consequences of climate change are already being felt around the world, in the form of more extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and disruptions to ecosystems. If we do not take action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the impacts of climate change will only become more severe.

There are many things we can do to address climate change, both as individuals and as societies. We can make changes to our own lifestyles, such as reducing our energy consumption, eating less meat, and recycling more. We can also support businesses and organizations that are working to reduce their environmental impact. And we can advocate for policies that promote clean energy, sustainable development, and climate resilience.

The time to act on climate change is now. We have the knowledge and the resources to address this challenge. What we need is the collective will to take action. Together, we can build a more sustainable future for ourselves and for generations to come.
