## Background

The main functionality of LUKSTA is to help projects create fair auctions for their tokens. We use the **Gnosis Auction** as the core of our platform, which is a highly secure auction smart contract system. The mechanism it uses for the auction is called [**Batch Auctions**](https://www.bitdegree.org/crypto/learn/crypto-terms/what-are-batch-auctions), which guarantees fair price discovery.

Besides this, we provide tools for creating **Universal Profiles** for projects, creating **vaults**, and creating **vesting wallets** for the security of investors.

The LUKSTA system will be governed by a token called $LUKSTA with the symbol $LXT. Owners of $LXT will control the LUKSTA treasury and protocol variables. This means owners can vote on a **profit-sharing** scheme, for example.

Also, 5% of all the **lukstaBuilders** projects that have a token will be **airdropped** to the holders of **$LXT**. For our phase one projects, this means 5% of FundUP tokens will be airdropped to the **\$LXT** holders.

In our second phase, which will focus on social projects, we will have more projects that have governance and profit-sharing tokens.

By the way, Luksta was the winner of the #buildup2 hackathon in the Blue Sky track.

## LXT Distribution

The total supply of **$LXT** will be **100,000,000**. The distribution of tokens will be:

-   24% Airdrop
-   10% Luksta Builders as the main builder of the platform
-   6% Keez DAO as the marketing partner of the platform
-   30% Initial auction
-   30% Treasury

## Airdrop

The airdrop will happen in 4 sections, each section will get a **6,000,000** allocation of **$LXT**.

In the first 3 sections, each day at 00:00 UTC, we will calculate the allocation points. On the airdrop day, we will allocate tokens based on the sum of all airdrop points. For example, if only one person buys the **$LXTD** on day one and on day 2, 9 other people buy them, at the end of day 2, person one will receive 1100 _Allocation Points_ for that allocation section and the other 9 people will receive 100 _Allocation Points_ each.

It's obvious that the points for endorsement and contribution will start calculating when the features get added to ArtisanAlly. Until then, only holding points will be calculated.

1.  The first **6,000,000** will be allocated to people who contribute **$LXTD** (this fellowship backerbucks). It's obvious that this section calculation will start when the contribution feature gets added to _ArtisanAlly_.
2.  The second **6,000,000** will be allocated to people who hold, endorse, or contribute **$LXTD** (this fellowship backerbucks). So people who contribute **\$LXTD** will participate in both the first section and the second one.
3.  The third **6,000,000** will be allocated to people who hold, endorse, or contribute any **BackerBuck** in ArtisanAlly. Holding -> 2 points/day, Endorsing -> 3 points/day, Contributing -> 15 points/day.
4.  Since in **LUKSTA** we're using the **Gnosis Auction**, we want to give back to their community. For that, we're going to airdrop to the **POAP** holders. Any wallet that had more than 3 _POAP_ before **2024.4.20** will be eligible for this section. The first 6000 eligible users who create their Universal Profile and connect their eligible wallet to the Universal Profile can claim their tokens. There may be some Sybil resistance mechanism for this.

## lukstaBuilders

We're the team behind **LUKSTA** and **ArtisanAlly**. We're heavily invested in building on **LUKSO** and in our phase one, we're building projects that make building on LUKSO **sustainable**.

The phase one projects:

1.  **ArtisanAlly**: ArtisanAlly is our first dapp, a **SocialFi** targeted toward the earliest stages of building on LUKSO. It helps projects
2.  **UPOS.space**: _Universal Profile Organization Studio_ is a DAO platform for on-chain voting and DAOs in _LUKSO_. It's an iteration over our #buildup1 winner submission **DUP DAO** project, with the addition of supporting **LSP8 DAOs** in addition to **LSP7 DAOs**, which it currently supports. _This project is an important part of all our other projects. Other projects on LUKSO can also use it to manage their DAOs._ This project is a **[Public Good](https://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/public-good.asp)**.
3.  **Cublis DAO**: Cublis DAO is a project similar to NounsDAO, an investment DAO. This project has great synergy with **LUKSTA** as it can provide investment to participate in the auctions.
4.  **LUKSTA**: LUKSTA helps projects raise money and provides additional features for the project to easily launch their tokens.
5.  **FUND UP**: FundUP is a fund allocation dapp built on top of [**Allo Protocol**](https://allo.gitcoin.co/) and it's focused on helping public good projects make money.

## WEN???

**$LXT** token is an **LSP7Votes** token. The project **UPOS.space** is responsible for creating that LSP7Votes Extension, so for the airdrop, we first need _UPOS_. Our ETA for the airdrop is the _end of July_.

By the end of August, we will release our auction platform, and the holders of **$LXT** can use **UPOS.space** to start the auction by voting on an on-chain proposal.
