# Cublis DAO

## Background

In Lukso we're trying to bootstrap a full new economy. For doing that we need some infrastructure for making things easier for builders.

The LUKSO team is working on the underlying technical stuff, but we also need financial infrastructure to manage the **economy of building** on LUKSO.

One of those needed infrastructures is an **Investment DAO**.

## Cublis DAO

One of the most important DAOs in Ethereum is **Nouns DAO**. Each day a **Noun** go for an auction. The auction money will go to a **treasury**. Then the **Noun owners** can vote to what to do that with that treasury.

Now **Cublis DAO** is similar to Nouns DAO in the way that *Each day a **Cubli** goes for Auction*. But we're also mixing the concepts with our own successful collection **Apex Deities**.

**Cublis will come in tiers**, **S,A,B,C,D**. 

Cublis will goes to auction this way:
1. Each day a D tier
2. Every 2 day a C tier
3. Every 3 day a B tier
4. Every 4 day an A tier
5. Every 5 day an S tier

## Tiers Benefits and Cost
Each Cubli have a proposal slot, which shows how many proposals can it offer to the DAO in its lifetime. Also each Cubli have a voting power to participate in the proposals for decision making.

1. D tiers have 1 Voting Power and 1 Proposal slot
2. C tiers have 2 Voting Power and 4 Proposal slots
3. B tiers have 3 Voting Power and 9 Proposal slots
4. A tiers have 4 Voting Power and 16 Proposal slots
5. S tiers have 5 Voting Power and 25 Proposal slots

Each auction start with a minimum action price and it has a Cublic Backerbuck contribution requirement for participating in the auction.

1. D tiers, minimum auction price is 20$LYX and requires 2 contributed BackerBuck.
2. C tiers, minimum auction price is 40$LYX and requires 4 contributed BackerBuck.
3. B tiers, minimum auction price is 60$LYX and requires 6 contributed BackerBuck.
4. A tiers, minimum auction price is 80$LYX and requires 8 contributed BackerBuck.
5. S tiers, minimum auction price is 100$LYX and requires 10 contributed BackerBuck.

## Art
The art is fun and fine, with some inspiration from the Cubism movement. The traits will be generate randomly but some traits are only for ** higher tiers Cublis **, for example the one eye.
